Flourish training uses third-parties to provide the below services and business functions; however, all processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We use New Kajabi for our online marketing campaigns and for our Customer Relationship Management database. The only information we provide them with is your name, address and order details to meet business needs and legal requirements.

Flourish Training takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place.
We maintain internal policies and procedures, or procure that our Subprocessors do so, which are designed to:
- secure any User Personal Data Processed by us against accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure;
- identify reasonably foreseeable and internal risks to security and unauthorized access to the User Personal Data Processed by us;
- minimize security risks, including through risk assessment and regular testing.

We have in place processes to securely remove all personal data before disposing of IT systems (for example, by using appropriate technology to purge equipment of data and/or destroying hard disks).

We will implement appropriate controls to secure User Personal Data during transmission or transit.
We will remove unused software and services from devices used to process User Personal Data.
Default passwords that are provided by hardware and software producers will not be used.

Staff training and awareness
We carry out staff training on data security and privacy issues relevant to their job role and ensure that new starters receive appropriate training before they start their role. Staff are subject to disciplinary measures for breaches of our policies and procedures relating to data privacy and security.
TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Personal data in the European Union is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but some other countries may not necessarily have the same high standard of protection for your personal data.
Flourish Training utilise some products or services (or parts of them) that may be hosted/stored in USA, which means that we may transfer any information which is submitted by you through the website outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) for the below purposes: –

- CRM and marketing system
- Online order processing and digital content delivery
- Online appointment management
- Accounting and book-keeping records for online and offline transactions

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Flourish Training only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
Occasionally, Flourish Training would like to contact you with the products/services/promotions that we provide. If you consent to us using your contact details for these purposes, you have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at anytime.
