We’re going to cover exactly how to do this and you will see the results of this in your role immediately. You will get total clarity on how much time to focus on specific actions and how to push past limiting blocks and beliefs to achieve your business (and personal) goals.
Accessing the best talent in your niche area is a key component of your role as a recruiter and your pool of talent will increase once you can tap into both the active and passive candidate streams. It’s all about finding the best people IN your market not just ON the market to make those placements. In this Module you will learn key Sourcing Skills to provide you with a constant pipeline of excellent candidates. You will learn how to identify and engage them effectively through Headhunting techniques and how to work effectively with key MPCs (Most Placeable Candidates) using Reverse Search (Spec-out) skills.
Having a solid and consistent pipeline of leads and prospects is one of the Key Challenges for all levels of Recruiters and is the first step in improving your success with Business Development. In this Module, you will discover how to ensure your pipeline is consistently full of serious prospects, you will understand how to attract your Ideal Clients through social presence, email marketing and telephone sales and you will leave with an exact plan of what to say, do and write to ensure you can convert your prospects into great clients again and again. You will get clarity on your goals to achieve your results and be able to implement your new knowledge IMMEDIATELY.
