Being an excellent recruiter requires having great candidates, great clients and knowing how to match the two up. Now if it were that easy, we’d all be making millions. This Module bridges the ‘missing link’ between average results and amazing results and as a 750K biller myself, I can attest to the power of getting this right. This Module focuses on 2 areas: controlling your processes and controlling your own actions. Once you’re able to identify the most effective way of working with your clients and candidates, you will need to manage your time, energy and focus in the right areas to produce the right results. We’re going to cover exactly how to do this and you will see the results of this in your role immediately. You will get total clarity on how much time to focus on specific actions and how to push past limiting blocks and beliefs to achieve your business (and personal) goals.
Delegates Will:
- Have a clear understanding of the EXACT ways to control vacancies. This will alleviate most of the client and candidate problems you usually encounter, dramatically reduce your drop-out rate and provide you with the confidence you need to actually CONSULT.

In this Module you will learn key Sourcing Skills to provide you with a constant pipeline of excellent candidates. You will learn how to identify and engage them effectively through Headhunting techniques and how to work effectively with key MPCs (Most Placeable Candidates) using Reverse Search (Spec-out) skills.

In this Module, you will discover how to ensure your pipeline is consistently full of serious prospects, you will understand how to attract your Ideal Clients through social presence, email marketing and telephone sales and you will leave with an exact plan of what to say, do and write to ensure you can convert your prospects into great clients again and again.
